Your employer can help us give patients with blood cancer a good chance of a future. With an internal registration campaign at the company where you work, we can expand the number of stem cell donors.

With an internal registration campaign, patients worldwide get a new chance of a future. We carry out registration campaigns at companies throughout the country. We are happy to help with the preparation and the event itself. In our fight against blood cancer, we would also like to involve companies and we are happy to work together on an individual solution that suits the company.

Due to the limited financial possibilities of Matchis, it is necessary for the company to contribute to the registration costs. Each newly registered donor costs Matchis €35. These are costs that are incurred for registering and characterizing a new donor.

The company profiles itself as a sponsor of Matchis internally and externally and proves its social commitment through the collaboration.

Companies can provide new donors!

We can start a donor recruitment campaign at:

Companies with 200 - 500 employees (in the Netherlands)
  • Matchis provides texts for internal distribution via e-mail and intranet and promotional material (posters/flyers) to promote the  campaign internally.
  • Matchis provides a link, through which the company's registrations are registered separately.
  • Promotional material banners/flyers are available from the start of the campaign.
  • Registration as a donor will take place online by completing a questionnaire on the Matchis website. The registration set with swabs will be sent to the employee's home by post after online registration. After swabbing, the swabs are returned in a special return envelope
  • Matchis reports the number of registered employees afterwards and sends an invoice as the company's contribution to the registration costs of €35 per employee.
Companies with over 500 employees (in the Netherlands)

Package 1 : with Matchis volunteers

  • Matchis provides texts for internal distribution via e-mail and intranet and promotional material (posters/flyers) to promote the  campaign internally.
  • Matchis provides a link, through which the company's registrations are registered separately.
  • Promotional material banners/flyers are available from the start of the campaign.
  • Registration as a donor will take place online by completing a questionnaire on the Matchis website. The registration set with swabs will be sent to the employee's home by post after online registration. After swabbing, the swabs are returned in a special return envelope
  • Matchis reports the number of registered employees afterwards and sends an invoice as the company's contribution to the registration costs of €35 per employee.

Package 2: with volunteers from the company itself

  • Matchis provides texts for internal distribution via e-mail and intranet and promotional material (posters/flyers) to promote the  campaign internally.
  • Before the day of the company action, company volunteers will receive training on location or online from the Matchis volunteer coordinator.
  • Matchis provides a link, through which the company's registrations are registered separately.
  • Promotional material banners/flyers are available from the start of the campaign.
  • Registration as a donor will take place online by completing a questionnaire on the Matchis website. The registration set with swabs will be sent to the employee's home by post after online registration. After swabbing, the swabs are returned in a special return envelope
  • Matchis reports the number of registered employees afterwards and sends an invoice as the company's contribution to the registration costs of €35 per employee

Package 3: without volunteers

  • Matchis provides texts for internal distribution via e-mail and intranet and promotional material (posters/flyers) to promote the  campaign internally.
  • Matchis provides a link, through which the company's registrations are registered separately.

  • Registration as a donor will take place online by completing a questionnaire on the Matchis website. The registration set with swabs will be sent to the employee's home by post after online registration. After swabbing, the swabs are returned in a special return envelope
  • Matchis reports the number of registered employees afterwards and sends an invoice as the company's contribution to the registration costs of €35 per employee.
